No Out Of Pocket Credit Repair Litigation Program
We take a very aggressive stance towards known inaccuracies. We send one dispute letter to the credit bureaus. If they don’t respond appropriately, we sue them and the creditors reporting inaccurate information.
We can get you damages of up to $1,000 or even more if you have actual damages. Best part of this program – it costs you nothing out of pocket for us to sue the bureaus and pursue your monetary damages.
Paid Credit Repair Program
For years, people have asked us to deal with their suspected inaccurate information. Now, we have a program to do just that which is why we have created our new Paid Credit Repair program. For $75 per month, we will:
- Dispute up to 4 suspected inaccuracies per month.
- Review your student loans with you to see if:
- you are in the right repayment program or if you need a lower repayment plan;
- you may be eligible for student loan forgiveness or discharge;
- you may be eligible for student loan rehabilitation if you are in default;
- you may be eligible for student loan consolidation if you have more than 1 student loan and any of them are in default.

We charge $75 per month for our Paid credit repair program. For a limited time, we are waiving our first month’s fees. Since we charge our fees after we have completed our monthly work on your file, you may expect to pay fees as follows:
